We have some important news to share about what’s happening at the clinic over the coming months.
Coffs Total Chiro is about to undergo change — the clinic is being sold.
This decision has been made with much thought and deliberation to ensure our patients continue to receive a high standard of care.
With this change, there will also be some shifts within our team.
• Cathy will be moving on from the practice. We’re so grateful for all the warmth and support she’s shared with our patients over the years and wish her all the best in her next chapter.
• Lisa is retiring. She’s been such a valued part of our clinic, my partner and “right hand man” for more than 30 years. We know many of you will miss her friendly face. I thank her sincerely for all her ongoing support and everything she has contributed.
• Young Jason will be continuing as part of the clinic team. We’re delighted that he’ll be here to carry forward our approach to care.
• Old Jason will be staying on for another six months to help ensure a smooth transition.
As part of the handover, you’ll also notice some new systems and processes being introduced.
These are designed to assist the way you are cared for — improving communication, appointment flow, and overall outcomes.
We truly appreciate your trust and loyalty over the years. While change can bring mixed emotions, we’re hopeful this next chapter will bring new energy, fresh ideas, and continued commitment to your health and wellbeing.
